W.A.I.T. for Collaboration

Why Am I Talking? (What value are you adding to the collaboration?)

When Am I Talking? (How frequently or what triggers you to engage in the session? Are you talking too much? Too little?)

What Am I Thinking? (What thoughts have been triggered by what you have just heard?)

Why Am I Thinking that? (Examine your reactions to your thoughts, make sure you are trying to collaborate, rather than reacting to a situation)

Where Am I Taking this? (What is your intent in the collaboration, are you trying to add to the pool of knowledge or are you being driven by a different motivation?)

What you practice grows stronger.

Practice W.A.I.T.
